Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitoring Keywords trends to incorporate in listing across Marketplaces
• Build copy around relevant Keywords to index better on various channels
• Learn Marketplace tricks and implement them to produce engaging customers.
• Research Keywords to create product-relevant content with proofreading.
• Create an SOP to define an approach to write copy
• Use SEO principle to maximize copy’s reach across Marketplaces
• Track and provide analysis of business performance
• Ensure SLAs are being achieved while the copy is written
• Ensuring all marketing systems and software solutions are functioning properly, and working with internal and external partners to resolve issues
• Maintaining strong rapport with the Advertising team to ensure that the content and ads are aligned toward higher ranks for the products
• Ensuring strategic objectives are being met in alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with the internal department to ensure proper execution of marketplace strategies
Skills:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook)
• Communicate clearly in English both written and verbal correspondence
• 2+ years of direct experience working on amazon content
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Critical thinker and curiosity for learning
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team
• Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center or Vendor Central experience preferred
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office products, with Excel
