Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage network system and application security policies and provided enterprise-wide technical support
• Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level WAN, including monitoring, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain documentation, such as Logical and Physical Network Diagrams, including network configuration, network mapping, and processes.
• Working technical knowledge of Meraki equipment including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points
• Configure and troubleshoot security configurations, including ACLs, VLANs, VPN, and Firewall Rules
• Review and act on security and operational notifications and escalate when needed.

Skills:

• Performs security monitoring, security and data/logs analysis, and forensic analysis to detect security incidents and mounts incident response.
• Enterprise level networking knowledge with multiple distributed locations
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network systems.
• Previous experience with firewalls, remote Internet VPN deployment, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Experience in Network Segmentation
• Excellent at organization and documentation
• Attention to detail and strong ability to detect network issues quickly
• Capacity to work independently or with little supervision
• Ensure network services have sufficient capacity, stability, and agility to satisfy business needs

Qualification & Desired Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology Management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

• Desired Certifications – CCNA/CCNP; CompTIA Security + (Good to have)
• Excellent architecture and technical support documentation skills
• Keen attention to detail
