Product Manager – Digital

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
•Help define the digital strategy for the B2B e-commerce site with a focus on a bestin-class B2B shopping experience.
•Help create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product vision, features, and timelines.
•Collaborate with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define the product roadmap.
•Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
•Understand the technical aspects of the product, working closely with engineers to make informed decisions.
•Ensure product quality through testing, feedback analysis, and iteration.
•Utilize data analytics to track product performance, user behavior, and make datadriven decisions.
•Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate updates, and address concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:
•3 to 5 years of experience in digital product management.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•Understanding of back-end and front-end programming.
•Ability to develop data pipelines for tracking and analysis.
•Passion for building innovative products to solve business problems.
