Data Warehousing
At De Soto, we work on advanced data warehousing technologies leveraging MPP architecture, columnar storage, and high-speed throughput. We utilize the EDW-as-a-service model, which eliminates the need for a separate setup for monitoring, backup, health checkpoints – resulting in reduced effort and cost of maintenance. The tech we work on includes Amazon RedShift, S3, Matillion, and Fivetran.
Business Intelligence
Business Intelligence team’s goal is to provide mechanisms for users to gain greater insights into the business. We work closely with business-side operations and executive management as well as other technology teams to provide predictive analytics, operational reporting and executive dashboard capabilities. The tech we work on include Tableau, Amazon RedShift, R, Jasper, and Python.
CRM
De Soto utilizes Salesforce CRM for all its business needs. Being a XaaS solution, it relieves businesses from the needs of technical management, best practices, and staying ahead on continuously evolving e-commerce features and trends. We implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud to cater the needs of our multi-brand, multi-store, multi-site business in both B2B and B2C domains; Salesforce Marketing Cloud for creation and execution of marketing campaigns, email promotions & lead generation; and Salesforce Service Cloud for customer service and support for fostering one-to-one marketing relationships with every customer across multiple channels and devices.
Custom Solution Development
We work on Cloud-Based Software Development with ML/AI Capabilities. Focusing on the industry-standard complete lifecycle of Software Development – Design, Development, and Deployment providing comprehensive enterprise-grade agile solutions in major languages/frameworks. QA Team works with the project teams’ right from release planning until the final release & provides right and timely feedback on quality throughout the release cycle. It covers (but is not limited to) functional testing, regression testing, automated testing, performance testing & API testing across multiple platforms such as web & mobile as well as the backend for e-commerce, CRMs & Custom Solutions using tools like Selenium, JMeter, Blazemeter and Postman.

With strategies like optimized campaign creation, social listening, and customer acquisition through Salesforce CRM they identify and target the right leads which are most likely to be converted into our loyal customers.
